What products can I put on the account and up to what value?
You can put any products from the Smart Energy Solutions product range on your account. That includes insulation, ground vapour barrier, heat pumps, ventilation systems, extractors, LED downlights, solar panels or hot water systems.
We allow you to put up to $8,000 worth of energy efficiency products on your One Smart Energy Account. It really comes down to what’s affordable for you on a monthly basis and a credit check.
What interest or fees are there?
Simple - there's none.
How long do I have to pay it off?
You can pay in up to 24 equal instalments.
Can I pay off the products earlier?
Absolutely. If your financial situation changes, or you move, you can pay the remaining product balance in full without any penalty.
How do I pay my bill?
To keep things simple and keep our costs low we take direct debt payments only.
