Firewood Prices Up Again This Autumn

The cost of firewood has again risen this year with rising fuel costs, making wood fires an expensive option, especially in the cities.

Firewood sellers say prices have been pushed up again this year due to the increased fuel costs associated with transportation. Many types of wood are selling for more than $100 per cubic metre.
